Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SPY 0DTE Lab ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use this website, our Discord alerts and our products (the "Service"), and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information we collect

From purchases (through Whop). When you buy, Whop collects your payment details and processes the payment. We do not receive or store your full card number. Whop shares with us what we need to provide access, such as your name or username, email address, Discord account ID, the products you bought, purchase and subscription status, and your approximate country or region for tax purposes.

From Discord. When you join our server, Discord makes your Discord username, user ID, profile and server membership visible to us, along with anything you post in channels you can write in.

When you contact us. Your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Automatically, when you visit the site. Our hosting providers record standard technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages and API endpoints requested, and timestamps. The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not need any information about your brokerage account, holdings or finances. Please do not send it to us.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide the Service and grant or remove access; process purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds; communicate with you about the Service, including notices about these policies; provide support; keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, abuse and sharing of paid content; comply with legal obligations, including tax and record-keeping; and enforce our Terms. We do not use your information to give you individual investment advice.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with: service providers that operate the Service for us (Whop for payments and access, Discord for alerts and community, and our hosting providers, such as Vercel and Railway), bound to use it only to provide their services; authorities or other parties when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, users or the public; and a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Retention

We keep personal information while you have access and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations (generally up to seven years for transaction records). Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting providers. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know or access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do none of these). These rights apply under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To make a request, contact us through the support channel on our Whop store page. We will verify your request using information we already have, such as your purchase email, and respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.

California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, Discord ID, IP address), commercial information (purchase records) and internet activity (server log data), for the purposes in Section 2, from you, Whop, Discord and our hosting providers. We disclosed these categories for business purposes to the service providers in Section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information and have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We do not sell or share personal information or track you across sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off; we honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request if that ever changes.

7. Users outside the United States

The Service is operated in the United States and your information is processed there. If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service; you also have the rights to object to and restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Transfers to the United States rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses used by our service providers.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links and services

Whop, Discord and other services we link to have their own privacy policies, which govern their handling of your information. Please review them.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify subscribers of material changes by email or in Discord before they take effect.
